• 1.5 teaspoons egg powder (weighs 4g) + 28ml of water = 1 Large size 7 egg white. 
• if those teaspoons are heaped (weighs 4.4g) + 31ml of water = 1 Jumbo size 8 egg white.
• 100g powder + 700ml water = 25 egg whites so in a 200g pack there are 50 large sized egg whites.
• 1/2 Cup is the equivalent of 4 egg whites = 16g powder + 112ml water
• 1 Cup is the equivalent of 8 egg whites = 32g powder + 224ml water
• This 1kg of powder makes up 250 egg whites.
