Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders won't be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We will always try our best to send out every order as soon as possible. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders there may be a delay in despatching your order.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery to you. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and let you know.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you have entered your address. Please note that once your order has been despatched, we have no control over any delays that may occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. This tracking number will become active within 24 hours, once it has been collected by the courier.

Damages during transit
We take every care when packing your order to protect it on the journey to you. We then rely on a third party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it leaves us. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by emailing us with photos and full details of condition/damage. Please hold onto the goods as we need them to support our claim with the courier company.

Responsibility
In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Keto Store NZ is responsible for delivery. Delivery of an order will be deemed to be completed when the third party courier delivers the products to the address you provided, then the products will be your responsibility from that time.

Courier Calling Cards
All orders are sent with authority to leave. If the courier driver leaves a "Card to Call" (CTC) we request that you make contact with the courier company directly to arrange re-delivery or pickup. Because only you know the information needed or have the photo identification required to collect. 

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand. Maybe one day! :)
