Our mission, that we chose to accept, was to pack as many low carb vegetables as possible into a Dairy Free Keto Cuppa Soup mix. Mixed together masterfully so not one single vegetable took over the whole flavour. A powerhouse of naturally occurring B vitamins, Calcium and Potassium from the Toasted Nutritional Yeast. And at 75 cents per soup, there's no better cost effective way to increase your low carb vegetable intake.

Ingredients: Dehydrated above the ground vegetables (Cabbage, Broccoli, Mushroom, Zucchini, Spinach, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Celery, Capsicum, Radish, Tomatoes, Onions, Parsley, Chives), Toasted Nutritional (Inactive) Yeast.
Macros per 100ml when made up: Energy 12kJ, Protein 0.4g, Fat 0.3g, Carbs 0.2g, Sugars 0.2g Sodium 40mg
How to use: Put 2 heaped teaspoons of soup mixture (7g) into a mug and add 200ml boiled water. You can also boost any slow cooker dish, or anything that's going into the oven to be baked. As a parent, we reckon it's about smuggling veges in any which way that you can, so hidden in anything whatsoever is the thinking here!
