To me, ANZAC biscuits are all about tradition and doing the recipe justice, as it's been handed down from generation to generation. In true ANZAC biscuits there are no eggs and no palm or vegetable oils. Their texture is unmistakable, the deep syrup taste unforgettable. So it is with a sense of remembrance and in honour of those who served, that we bring you this traditional ANZAC Biscuit Recipe Pack.
This recipe pack has ingredients for you to make 12 ANZAC biscuits, ketofied yet still fitting of very long standing traditions. Ingredients you'd need to add to this recipe pack are 80g butter, 2 TBS cream and water. Just like in history, there are no eggs, oils or spices involved.

Creative Serving Options:
You can always dress up your traditional ANZAC biscuit by slathering on some butter cream icing in between two biscuits to sandwich ANZAC biscuits or drizzle/coat in melted chocolate milk or dark chocolate chips. These serving suggestions are shown in the photos.
Allergens: These contain Milk from the butter and cream that's an added ingredient, Soy from Soy Protein Crisps, and Almonds (tree nuts). While all the ingredients are all gluten free, we don't test specifically for its presence. We aren't currently packing any items containing gluten on our premises.

Instructions to make: All the instructions needed to make these will be on the back of the packet.
Storage: In an airtight container 10 days in the fridge. If freezing biscuits, wrap in foil store up to 3 months, then defrost in the fridge before enjoying.
