Tomato Powder - Organic 125g Jar or Tablespoon

Tomato is really hard done by keto, because it's a fruit, not a vegetable and there is a massive variation of carbs in products out there - simply because some brands of tinned tomatoes contain more water than other brands do. It's a minefield, but no more!

How to use - 3 products in the one
Pasta sauce - Just add water and reduce during cooking, the exact same way you'd cook with tinned tomatoes
Tomato Paste - Thicken with guar gum or konjac powder to get the closest to tomato paste + add seasonings for a fab pizza sauce.  
Tomato Juice - Using tomato powder, you can even dilute it further to make tomato juice and put Bloody Mary's back on the menu.

Quantities of Tomato Powder to use:
For 4 TBS Tomato Paste: Combine 1 TBS tomato powder with 3 TBS water and 1/4 teaspoon Guar Gum.
For 5 TBS Tomato Sauce or Ketchup: Combine 1 TBS tomato powder with 4 TBS water, 1/4 teaspoon Guar Gum and add Brown Sweetener and Salt n Vinegar to desired taste.
For 1 C Tomato Juice: Combine 1 TBS tomato powder with 1 Cup water.
