200ml of NZ Ketoers favourite Hollandaise sauce!

Inside the jar is the exact same Kato classic Hollandaise sauce that you know and love. It was our family favourite because it's based on natural sunflower and olive oils and it was made without any nasty ingredients.

So when my favourite brand disappeared off the supermarket shelves I went searching high and low to ... well basically to get it back in peoples' lives.  Everything is the same except the label.

Hollandaise is a creamy emulsion of egg seasoned delicately by chefs with a touch of lemon. The finishing touch for Eggs Benedict or Eggs Florentine. Equally delicious drizzled over steamed or grilled asparagus. Yum!

What made this Hollandaise sauce simply the best for Ketoers?
• Taste - It's hands down the best tasting, by far because it's made from the finest real food ingredients.
• Clean - huge ticks for clean ingredients, no chemical based stabilisers, no starches, no gums and especially NO E1442 here!
• Diabetic friendly - unlike other brands of Hollandaise, there is no Hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate E1442 which rapidly spikes blood sugars. You can read more about this cautionary ingredient here.
• Inflammatory oils - none present; instead Sunflower and Olive Oil as nature intended.

How to use: while your meal is still hot, apply this sauce. The hollandaise will warm up quickly to the temperature of the food. To reheat further, place the food with the sauce on under the grill for a moment. Keep a very close eye on it. Do not heat this sauce in the microwave or on a stove top separately, as it may split.
