Hollandaise sauce 1kg soft pouch with resealable cap

The same makers of the classic Kato brand of Hollandaise sauce now bring the same recipe to you under the branding Prep Kitchen. A truly marvellous 1kg size pouch (40 x 25g serves) of glorious Hollandaise sauce. Made from the finest of ingredients, especially blended to avoid the need for stabilisers, starches or gums making it taste amazing, and be gluten-free.   

Hollandaise is a creamy emulsion of egg seasoned delicately by chefs with a touch of lemon. The finishing touch for Eggs Benedict or Eggs Florentine. Equally delicious drizzled over steamed or grilled asparagus. Yum! 

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, antioxidant Vitamin E, Water, Olive Oil, egg yolk (12%), white wine vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, salt, sugar, black pepper, natural colour carotene.
Contains: egg.
May contain: milk, peanut, sesame, soy and tree nuts.

How to use: while your meal is still hot, pour sauce out of the handy recloseable nozzle. The hollandaise will warm up quickly to the temperature of the food. To reheat further, place the food with the sauce on under the grill for a moment. Keep a very close eye on it. Do not heat this sauce in the microwave or on a stove top separately, as it may split.
