Impossible Pie - Recipe below
Some say it's called impossible pie because it's impossibly easy to make. Others (much wiser) call it impossible because the batter separates during baking so you get this crispy top, a sponge style bottom and yummy custard filling layers. Either way the overall texture of this recipe is very similar-like a nice sponge pudding and it's literally mixing everything together at the same time and baking it. We love super tasty and super easy!
Full Macros depends a lot on the brand of coconut cream that you use. We've calculated these using our coconut cream powder and this is per serve, a generous 1/8th of the whole pie. Energy 801kJ, Protein 4.4g, Fat 19g, Saturated Fat 7.8g, Carbs 2.5g, Sugars 0.7g, Dietary Fibre 3.4g, Sodium 5mg
