Near zero carb milkshake Recipe
If I told you that you could make a nearly zero carb milkshake and boost your protein macros by 25g, would you believe me? Well if you you buy a 1/3rd Cup of Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla or Unflavoured powder, add 250 ml cold water, ice cubes and whatever milkshake flavour takes your fancy, then blitz or shake and wowser! At just 0.15 Net Carbs, this epic shake barely takes any of my daily carbs, leaving a whole lot more for yummy Keto food to be had :) If you have 2g net carbs available, then the Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate is an option as the cocoa used in it has naturally occurring carbs.    

Substitutes: Other suggestions for alternatives with lower carbs than Milk are Coconut milk, Soy milk, Almond Milk and other nut milks. I personally use the Barista style Almond milk as it is thicker than normal. Just add ice into a blender and it's a divinely refreshing experience. 

Instructions to make: Mix 25ml milkshake mix with 250ml of a low carb milk alternative for a deliciously tasty milkshake. If you like it stronger, then increase the syrup used to suit your taste.
