This is pure concentrated organic maple extracted from organic maple trees, with no sugar added. And the best thing about this is that it enables you to make your own maple syrup without any nasties in it.

Why would you want to make your own? Alternative sugar-free maple syrups like the Queens brand contain the thickener 466 or sodium carboxymethylcellulose. In testing on humans it has been proven to aggravate food intolerances, it's a genetically modified by-product of wood and cotton production and was known to cause cancer and tumours when ingested by animals under scientific test conditions. In testing on fish it lead to negative effects on metabolism and caused changes in genes associated with obesity.

There is no flavour enhancer so it's MSG-free and there are no HVP, BHA/BHT or TBHQ present in this product nor in the facility where product is manufactured.
