Magic Cookie Bar - Recipe
OK so these are the most devine, gooey, and satisfying delicious slice and by using a tin of sugar-free condensed coconut milk saves you an hour of your precious time. This epic recipe has been cleverly crafted by Carolyn at "All Day I Dream About Food". It makes at least 16 simply delish portions and it's a high repeated request. Simply magic!
Ingredients for 16 servings

- CRUST
- 1 + 1/2 Cups (155g) Almond Flour*
- 1/4 Cup (45g) Allulose with Monkfruit - Sweet as Sugar*
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 57g Butter melted
- FILLING
- 100g Sugar Free Baking Bits (Milk or Dark or White)*
- 1/2 Cup (43g) Coconut Chips*
- 1/2 Cup (55g) Peanut Butter or crushed nuts of choice (walnuts, peanuts, macadamia nuts)

1 tin of Sugar Free coconut condensed milk*
- optional 1/2 teaspoon Flavour It zero carbs natural flavours of your choice
Next level it
Add a boost of flavour to enhance the taste of the crust and the filling mixture simply by adding 1 teaspoon of any Flavour It Inulin into the mixture. Inulin is excellent for gut health and comes in a whole lot of different flavours - check them out here
Method
1 - preheat oven to 160 C
2 - into a 9 x 9 inch baking pan whisk the almond flour, sweetener, salt and 1 sachet of flavoured inulin (optional). Add melted butter and mix in until the mixture clumps together. Then press firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan.
3 - bake for 10 minutes until just starting to brown. Remove and let cool.
4 - Increase the oven temperature to 180 C
5 - Sprinkle chocolate, coconut and nuts toppings onto the cooled crust. Mix flavoured inulin into the tin of coconut condensed milk and pour on top of the toppings in the baking pan.
6 - Bake 20-25 minutes until the mixture is bubbly and beginning to brown.
7 - Let it cool and slice into 16 bars.
