Melted Keto Chocolates Recipe Inspiration
How to temper / melt chocolate:
- Add 1 teaspoon coconut oil and chocolate to a microwaveable bowl
- Heat for 30 seconds, stir and then another 30 seconds
- Temper the chocolate by stirring melted chocolate, to melt more chocolate.
- Pour liquid chocolate into molds to set.
- Once set, push the chocolate out of silicon molds by pressing on the silicon side through the opening side.
