Melted Keto Chocolates Recipe

How to temper / melt chocolate: 

  1. Add 1 teaspoon coconut oil and chocolate to a microwaveable bowl
  2. Heat for 30 seconds, stir and then another 30 seconds
  3. Temper the chocolate by stirring melted chocolate, to melt more chocolate. 
  4. Pour liquid chocolate into molds to set.
  5. Once set, push the chocolate out of silicon molds by pressing on the silicon side through the opening side.
