Everything But The Bagel seasoning goes well on so make things! On top of Boiled eggs, Vegetables, Salmon, Crumbed meats, Avocado on toast, Bread rolls, as well as the traditional Bagel. It goes great in Keto soups, in cauliflower rice, salads, coleslaw, zoodles, in Fathead pizza dough bases, or sprinkle on top of cream cheese on crackers. Gosh, I am starting to get hungry raving about all the foods that this seasoning can improve! Basically, you'll use it on loads of things.  

Ingredients: Organic Sesame Seeds in 2 forms, Organic NZ Grown Onion in 2 forms, Organic NZ Grown Garlic and Poppy Seeds.

What's not in it 
None of the spices contain wheat fillers - all 100% pure.
