Sweet Pie Crusts
Cookie Crumbs + melted butter + press into a pie dish = instant pie crust
Ideas for toppings:
• Lemon Meringue Pie
• Pecan Pie
• Rhubarb + Raspberry Aeroplane Jelly Pie

Cheesecake Base
Cookie Crumbs + melted butter + press into a dish = instant cheesecake base
Ideas for toppings:
• SubLime = cream cheese, cream and Lime Aeroplane Jelly or Hansells 300g Lime Jelly
• Pineapple Lump = Pineapple Jelly + Chocolate Liquid Monk Fruit

Cookies Crumbs + Cream Cheese (room temperature best) + Dark Chocolate Chips then blitz in a food processor to combine. Form into balls then freeze. Coat with melted chocolate. Ideas for inclusions into truffles:

Cookie Crumbs + Keto Milk (made from cream powder) + Milkshake flavouring or Milkshake Drops = Keto Freak-shakes, sprinkle the crumbs on top as well as in the mix.

Cookie Butter (a sugar free spread)
Cookie Crumbs + 1/2 C water + 1/4 C SF Maple Syrup - heat in a pan 2 minutes
Cool down + 1/2 C Coconut Oil + 1/2 teaspoon salt + 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract.
Process in blender until smooth + cool down + store in fridge.
Trifle or layers in Dessert Parfaits
Spoon in between custard, cream, Victoria sponge cake layers.
