Cheesy Vegetable Bake Recipe 

The combination of spinach, several cheeses and soup mix takes this recipe up to a whole other level of yummy. 

The below amounts make 2 servings and these can be made as small or as large as you need to feed your tribe. 

Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ):
• Cauliflower
• Brocolli
• Optional Low Carb Potatoes 
Cheesy Sauce ingredients
• 2 Tablespoons Keto Store Soup Mix of choice -
    Creamy Chicken Soup Mix*
    Creamy Chicken & Bacon Soup Mix*
    Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix*
    Creamy Tomato Mix*
    Vegetable Soup Mix*
    Creamy Vege and Bacon Soup Mix*
• 2 Tablespoons Spinach Powder
• 1/3rd Cup Cream Cheese
• 1/3rd Cup Cottage Cheese 
• 1/3rd Cup Ricotta Cheese
• Edam or Tasty Cheese, grated for on top. 

Equipment:  Casserole Dish, Pots, Oven 

1 - Chop the cauliflower, brocolli into similar sized pieces and par boil.
2 - (Optional) Slice and cook the low carb potatoes  
3 - For the cheesy sauce- into a pot add these in equal parts: 
Chicken soup* 
Spinach powder*
Cream cheese
Cottage cheese
Ricotta cheese
4 - Melt all the cheeses and powders together stirring until smooth. 
5 - Layer the par boiled cooked vegetables into a oven proof dish
6 - Pour the cheesy sauce over the veges
7 - Put extra grated cheese on top and bake in the oven until bubbly
