No bake Afghan Slice 

Have you got 5 minutes? yeah sure you do, if at the end of that you get a Keto no bake Chocolate Afghan Slice. The secret ingredient that speeds you up is the Afghan Cookie Crumbs - with those the slice practically makes itself.  

Makes 16 servings

Base Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ):
3 Cups Afghan Cookie Crumbs*
1/3rd Cup Cocoa Powder*
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts 
125g butter 
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil melted 

Topping Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ):
100g Dark Chocolate Chips*
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil 
Desiccated Coconut* 
Chopped Walnuts 

1 - Mix all ingredients and press into a lined loaf tin
2 - Refrigerate base to set 
3 - Melt together the topping ingredients 
4 - Stir until smooth 
5 - Pour over the chilled base, then sprinkle with desiccated coconut and chopped walnuts  
6 - Refrigerate until your topping is set 
7 - Slice into 16 pieces and enjoy! Not all at once!
