This epic recipe has been cleverly crafted by Carolyn at "All Day I Dream About Food". It makes at least 16 simply delish portions and it's a favourite in our household.

- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour*
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 85g Butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence or use Vanilla Flavour It*
- 3/4 Cup Cream
- 1/3 Cup Monkfruit Erythritol Powdered*
- 85gm Sugar Free Dark Chocolate or Milk Baking Bits*
(we say buy 100g because 15g is the chef tax!) - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or use Vanilla Flavour It*
- 1/4 teaspoon Glucomannan (Konjac)*
