How to use Soy Protein Crisps:
Into melted chocolate: Pop them into a bowl with melted chocolate to eat in a bar form, they add crunch and manage hardening, then spread on baking trays.
Into cookies: Blitz them or put them as is into your cookies for that crunch factor - just a perfect addition into Keto Afghan Biscuits.
Blitzed into a crumb for fish or meat. Add some cheese powder and almond flour for some serious yum.
As they are: as croutons on soups and salads. Sprinkled with sweetened keto cocoa, as a rice crispy like cereal with a chocolate milk.
The only limit is your imagination.

Make your own protein bars: Have you ever wondered what snack bar manufacturers put into chocolate bars to make them crispy, crunchy and really high in protein without adding any carbs whatsoever? These are those little gems. These isolate puffs have such a subtle flavour, it can be incorporated easily with natural flavours.

Soy and menopause
Soy is a plant naturally high in estrogen which is a perfect addition to your diet when your estrogen levels are tanking from menopause. Soy contains isoflavones, which can be metabolized by gut bacteria into equol—a nonsteroidal compound that has been shown in some studies to reduce the incidence and severity of hot flashes and night sweats that many women have during menopause. In the clinical studies, postmenopausal women who ate high amounts of dietary soy protein (20 to 60 g per day) generally had fewer and less intense hot flashes and night sweats than those who ate less soy.
