Supply Update: Shipping delays have impacted this product. So once we run out of the blue bags, we will be using our Keto Store packaging in order to keep you supplied. It's the exact same product, technical spec and product performance. We are simply repacking down in our Food Safe environment into 500g sized bags in order to keep you supplied until the shipment arrives latest update is the end of April. 

I use Gelatine a lot :) like tons! so I find the retail pack sizes just aren't big enough. So with 500g to play around with in the kitchen, here's a bigger and cheaper option. The expiry date is years away as well - bonus and it'll be long gone by then for sure.  So now I can thicken, stabilise, get texture to my heart's content, along with my health benefits.
