Thai Yellow Chicken Curry Recipe 

Ready in 20 minutes - An already made rich mix of fragrant turmeric, shallots, garlic, chilli, coriander, lemongrass and cumin spices infused in creamy AYAM Coconut Milk and balanced by the sourness of kaffir lime. Just add chicken, radishes, garnish and it’s ready to enjoy.

Thai Yellow Curry Sauce 160g
Coconut Cream 40ml
40g Daikon Radish or Low Carb Potatoes (Lotato) diced into 2cm cubes
180g Boneless chicken thighs, diced into 2cm cubes


1 - Heat a pan over medium heat.
2 - Add Thai Yellow Curry Sauce and Coconut Cream to the pan and bring to a boil.
3 - Add chicken, radishes or lotatoes, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
4 - Garnish with coriander / kaffir lime leaves and serve with cauli rice.
