How to use: while your meal is still hot, dollop the sauce over. The Bearnaise will warm up quickly to the temperature of the food. To reheat further, place the food with the sauce on under the grill for a moment. Keep a very close eye on it. Do not heat this sauce in the microwave or on a stove top separately, as it may split.
