Carbs and Calories: A revolutionary noodle alternative bursting with chicken flavour.  That brings you all the flavour and satisfaction of traditional noodles at only 1.4g carbs per 100g. That's a whopping 90% fewer carbs than other wheat based noodles and only 16 calories per serve!   

Fast to make, no pots or pans: Rinse noodles under cold water then put them in a bowl. Add the sauce from the packet, then pour 200ml hot water over. Optional add garnish or protein.
