Oven Baked White Bread - Recipe  

Mixed, poured and oven baked without the need for proving. This recipe the Keto Flour mix to make bread that is soft, rises and toasts really well. Just like normal white bread, just ketofied. Suitable for oven baking only. 

This recipe creates: one whole loaf of bread by a simple mix, pour, bake and slice, There's no need to spend time kneading or proving the dough. 

Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ)
4 Cups Keto Flour mixture*  420g 
2 Tablespoons + half a teaspoon of Baking Powder* 
1 + 3/4 Cups Luke warm temperature Water 
1/2 tsp Yeast* to get a lovely bread taste

Equipment: Bowl, Wooden spoon or Bench mixer, Spatula
Baking Paper and Large Bread Loaf Tin 8.5"x5.5" or 9"x6" 
Rack for cooling the bread down so it doesn't condensate and go too soggy. 

1 - Line your loaf tin with baking paper
2 - In a bowl add 4 Cups Keto Flour, Baking Powder and Yeast, whisk to mix
3 - Microwave room temperature water for 45 seconds to get luke warm water 
4 - Pour the water in slowly while stirring/mixing the dry ingredients
5 - Spatula the mixture out of the bowl into the loaf tin
6 - With a wet spatula, smooth down the top
7 - Using the back of a knife to score lines across the bread 
8 - Bake at 180 C for 60 minutes, cool on a rack
