Noshu luxe caramel melts have been created for home bakers who want to dial up the fun on their favourite baking creations without the excess sugar and carbs.

Ingredients: Milk Solids, Vegetable Fat, Non-gmo Erythritol, Chicory Root Fibre, Soluble Corn Fibre, Soy Lecithin, Cocoa Powder, Natural Flavour, Steviol Glycosides (Stevia Leaf Extract), Natural Colour (0.01%) (Caramel (160c)).

Love caramel but are looking at reducing carbs even further? then 50/50 is your go to. 
Mixing these 50/50 with Dark Chocolate Chips makes the carbs 9g per 100g.
Mixing these 50/50 with White Chocolate Chunks makes the carbs, 10.7g per 100g 

An important note about the other Noshu Baking Chips.
This caramel baking chip is the only baking chip product Noshu makes without Maltitol.    
All the other Noshu brand of baking chips in the supermarket and even in other online low carb stores do contain maltitol. Maltitol adds grams of carbs because of the way it works in your body - spikes blood sugars, adds water weight, kicks people out of ketosis, puts them on the toilet. Trust us, Maltitol free is the only way we roll here.
