Noodles with Peanut Sauce and Green Beans 

Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ):
2 packets of Qetoe Low Carb Noodles*
100g green beans angle sliced
Sauce ingredients: 
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons dark Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sambal Oelek  
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar substitute*
2 Tablespoons Forty Thieves Keto Nut Butter*
1 teaspoon grated Ginger 
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Keto Store Vege Soup Mix* 
1/4 Cup warm water
Optional ingredients to garnish: 
Sesame Seeds*
Crushed peanuts
Cilantro (if you can cope with the taste)

Method: 
1 -
Prepare the Noodles and Green Beans
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the Qetoe noodles and green beans. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the green beans are bright green and the noodles are tender. Drain and set aside.

2 - Make the Sauce
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
1 tablespoon Golden Brown Sweetener*
2 tablespoons Forty Thieves Original Keto Butter*
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon Keto Store Vegetable Soup Mix* 
1/4 Cup warm water

Stir the ingredients to combine and bring to a simmer.

3 - Combine Everything
Once the sauce is simmering, add the Qetoe noodles and green beans back to the skillet. Cook, stirring often, until the sauce is absorbed, about 3 minutes. 

4 - Serve and Garnish
Transfer the noodles to a large platter. Top with:
Fresh cilantro
Sesame seeds
Crushed peanuts
