Mingle's Beef Gravy 120g

Mingle's Beef Gravy will have the dinner table singing for more. Delicious and healthy... we broke all the rules! Take your roast dinner from a Sunday ritual to a festival of flavour. You're a legend of the kitchen stadium, a modern-day Masterchef, but the family will never know this gravy came out of a container. Shhh... we won't tell if you don't!

We said goodbye to the sugars (sugar & dextrose), maize starch, shortening powders (milk and soy) (yes, these gravies are plant-based for our vegans!), no artificial colours, no anti-caking agents, and vegetable oil. Then we added a whole bunch of favourite herbs and spices.

Unlike seasonings, we needed a functional ingredient to thicken the gravy — otherwise, this gravy would be so damn runny! We have used gluten-free starches (potato starch and rice flour) to achieve this.

Mingle’s products were created after realising that current supermarket seasonings had a range of hidden nasties. A lot of pantry products in the supermarket contain ingredients like added refined sugar, artificial ingredients, fillers, highly processed oils, and preservatives.
