Minced beef and vegetable stir-fry with Gochujang and Sriracha Recipe below

Who doesn't love a quick and easy stir fry when life gets busy? This one is really quick and easy as. There is no chopping or prepping of ingredients involved…its literally ready in about 15 minutes. Serve with cauliflower rice, and dinner is served.

Serving size 3-4 portions

Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ):
20ml Coconut Oil
500g Beef Mince
2 Tablespoons Gochujang or Garlic Chilli Paste
1-2 Tablespoons Sriracha sauce
400g defrosted stir-fry vegetables of your choice (Watties’ Vietnamese style stir-fry
vegetables are excellent)
2 handfuls chopped fresh coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Juice of half a lemon
Black* and White Sesame Seeds* or Everything but the Bagel seasoning* for sprinkling.


1 - Heat the coconut oil in a wok or pan and hot and fry the beef mince until cooked through (about 10 minutes on high heat).
2 - Add the gochujang and sriracha and stir.
3 - Add the defrosted vegetables and stir-fry on high heat for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked to your liking,
4 - Turn the heat down and stir through the coriander, salt, pepper, sesame oil and lemon juice.
5 - Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
6 - Add the lemon juice, toss and serve or keep warm until serving.
7 - Serve on cauli rice, with extra sesame seeds or Everything but the Bagel seasoning* sprinkled over the top.
