Keto Savoury Scones Recipe
We love this recipe as it's a great way to use up anything you have lying around in the fridge.
Ingredients (* available here at the Keto Store NZ)
164g / 2 Cups Keto Flour Premix*
2 Tablespoons soft Butter
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 small teaspoon Baking Powder*
1 Cup of Warm Water
1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup of Spring Onions
1 Cup of Red Capsicum
1 Cup of Green Capsicum
1/2 tsp Onion Powder*
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder*
1 TBS Cheese Powder*
Keto Flour Options
• At 0.3g carbs per 1/4 Cup is version 2.0 from 2023, available in 500g and 1.25kg bag sizes and while not tested for the presence of gluten, all the ingredients do not contain gluten.
• At 0.7g carbs per 1/4 Cup is the GF version from 2024, that has the psyllium husk added for ingredients where moisture control is required like breads and yeast risen food, available in a 500g bag size.
Recipe Method:
1 - Preheat the oven to 200C
2 - Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
3 - Shape as you like
4 - Fan bake for 15 mins at 200C
Storage: store in the freezer
