Keto Garlic Knots

If you love garlic bread, you will adore these. Gluten free and now only 0.5g carbs per knot based on 11 knots.

DOUGH INGREDIENTS (* = available here at Keto Store NZ):
1 + 1/3rd Cup {320ml of water at 43 degrees C}
It might pay to use a digital thermometer* here, because if too hot, you will kill off the yeast.

2 Tablespoons of oil
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder*
287g or (3 Cups + 1/2 Cup) Keto Flour*

12 - place into a warm spot for 30 minutes and allow to rise.
13 - Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius and bake for 12 minutes
14 - While they are baking, start to make the glaze by melting 5 Tablespoons (71g) of Butter
15 - Add 1/2 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon Salt and then 1/4 Cup Cheese Powder
16 - Once the knots have cooled down, then lather the glaze all over the knots

Do Not add Boiling WATER into the oven for rising the dough as this flour does NOT like Humidity!
