There's something so pleasing about a platter, adding a little bit of this with that, for an overall flavour taste sensation. And with organic grilled red capsicums, you can be transported away to some Mediterranean bliss. And for the uninitiated, the Italians call capsicums peppers, so these are not what we call chilli peppers.
This is 190g of ripe red peppers chargrilled and preserved in an organic infusion of sunflower and extra virgin olive oils with salt, garlic, wine vinegar, Italian herbs and just a hint of chilli.
Keep this in your pantry for platters, a quick appetiser draped over bread as bruschetta or use as a gourmet pizza topping. Yum!

Storage: Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.
