Golden Flaxseed / Linseed - Ground Organic

Golden Flaxseed is a natural plant source of healthy fatty acids and a good source of fibre. They have more polyunsaturated fatty acids and less monosaturated fatty acids compared to brown flaxseeds. They also have larger amounts of the two essential fats that your body isn't able to produce: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid.

Along with these additional benefits, they have a much milder nutty flavour, making it easier to incorporate into your diet. Regularity, gut health, cholesterol, heart health, antioxidant, balance hormones, for beautiful hair, skin and nails - there are loads of reasons to incorporate flaxseed into your diet.
