Keto Condensed Caramelised Milk - Recipe Below

We love this condensed milk recipe and make it as a staple in our fridge because it goes into so many other keto baking and bliss ball recipes. 

Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ)

200mls of Milk made using 24g Keto Cream Powder* + Water 

additional 1/4 Cup (60ml) extra made using 8g Keto Cream Powder* + Water

2 Tablespoons Butter 

1 Cup of Allulose* chosen for it's non-crystalising advantage 

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum*
Recipe Method: 
1 - Put milk , butter and allulose in a saucepan and whisk until combined.
2 - Allow to simmer for around 20 mins or 30 minutes if you want it to be caramelised condensed milk. Stirring regularly will ensure the contents are not sticking to the bottom of the pan and burning. 
3 - Add in the Xanthan Gum and whisk to incorporate.
4 - Leave simmering for a further 2 minutes or until thick. 
5 - When thick, take off the element to cool.
