Every now and then I bake a recipe that really is too good to share, even with my own family! So it's always with a hint of reluctance that I end up sharing this Keto Chocolate Fudge Crumb Bar with others.
This epic recipe has been cleverly crafted by Carolyn at "All Day I Dream About Food". It makes at least 16 simply delish portions and it's a favourite in our household.
Macros: for 1 serve (This whole slice makes at least 16) when made according to the how-to instructions: Total Carbs 5.4g less Fibre 2.7g = Net Carbs 2.7g Fat: 17.7g Protein: 4.2g Calories: 198.

Ingredients for 16 servings

- 2 cups Almond Flour*
- 1/2 Cup Allulose with Monkfruit - Sweet as Sugar *
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour*
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 85g Butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence or use Vanilla Inulin*
- 3/4 Cup Cream
- 1/3 Cup Monkfruit Erythritol Powdered*
- 85gm Sugar Free Belgian (Dark) Chocolate or Milk Baking Bits*
(we say buy 100g because 15g is the chef tax!)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or use Vanilla Inulin*
- 1/4 teaspoon Glucomannan (Konjac)*
Next level it
Add flavour to the base/topping mixture or simply to the filling to make an epic taste sensation, simply by adding one sachet of the following into the mixture:
- Banana Inulin*
- Caramel Inulin*
- Toffee Inulin*
