Ideas & How to use:
- As-is by adding it into or sprinkling onto your dish (it's amazing on roasted cauliflower, cheesy scrambled eggs, on wraps to make cheesy tortilla chips
- Cheese sauce - sieve the powder, add 1 Tablespoon boiling water to 1 Tablespoon of the cheese powder and mix well (it thickens a little as it cools).
- Cheese ball - add powdered cheese to cream cheese, roll into a ball and coat with finely ground nuts to suit your preference
- As a substitute for bread crumbs on any meat or fish.
- Anything cheesy.
Shelf life: keeps well in a sealed air tight container with moisture absorbers (included in the bag) in a cool, dry place under 25'C.
