Ingredients: pure 100% cheese made from Milk, Salt, Culture, Rennet. 
 contains Dairy from 100% pure cheese from NZ made Cheddar, Swiss, Parmesan and Gouda cheeses.  
Gluten Status: The ingredients are 0mg gluten, and has no cereals containing gluten or their products (no wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt and no wheat maltodextrin). In terms of allergen cross contact, No gluten or cereals containing gluten are processed at the same facility where the cheese powder is made or packaged.

Ideas & How to use: 

  • As-is by adding it into or sprinkling onto your dish (it's amazing on roasted cauliflower, cheesy scrambled eggs, on wraps to make cheesy tortilla chips
  • Cheese sauce - sieve the powder, add 1 Tablespoon boiling water to 1 Tablespoon of the cheese powder and mix well (it thickens a little as it cools). 
  • Cheese ball - add powdered cheese to cream cheese, roll into a ball and coat with finely ground nuts to suit your preference 
  • As a substitute for bread crumbs on any meat or fish. 
  • Anything cheesy.  

Shelf life: keeps 3 years in a sealed air tight container with moisture absorbers (2 are included) in a cool, dry place under 25'C.
