Keto Caramel Protein Fudge - Recipe Below
Fudge that's so fudgey you can see your smile and teeth marks in it when you take a bite. Made from the caramelised condensed milk recipe here and if you want the benefits of boosting your protein, make it with Vitawerx chocolate blocks. Delish.
Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ)
80g caramelised condensed milk made using Keto Milk Powder recipe here
3 Tablespoons Butter
For protein fudge: 2 x 100g blocks of Vitawerx Chocolate broken up
For regular fudge 200g sugar-free chocolate - Belgian Milk or Dark chocolate buttons.
1 - Slowly melt chocolate and butter together, either in a microwave 30 second bursts stirring in between, or on a double boiler.
2 - When cooled add in condensed milk and gently mix to combine.
3 - Pour into silicon mini cups
4 - Freeze until set
Storage: This fudge is best kept in the fridge.
