Keto Banana Bread - Recipe links below 

The one thing that I missed on Keto was bananas, but with our epic natural Banana Inulin, I now have an amazing real banana taste throughout my keto baking. And there's nothing better, banana wise, than banana bread. 

This epic recipe has been cleverly updated by Carolyn at "All Day I Dream About Food". It makes at least 12 simply delish portions and it's a firm favourite. Especially banana bread with lots of melted keto chocolate throughout it too! 

Macros: for 1 serve (This whole loaf makes at least 12) when made according to the instructions: Total Carbs 7g less Fibre 4.5g = Net Carbs 2.5g Fat: 15.1g Protein: 6.6g Calories: 185.

Ingredients for 16 servings

  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seed*
  • 2/3 Cup Water 
  • 1 3/4 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar*
  • 1/3 Cup Unflavoured Whey Protein Isolate*
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder*
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Salt*
  • 3 large eggs 
  • 1/2 Cup melted Butter 114g
  • 1 teaspoon Banana Flavour It (inulin base)* 
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavour It (inulin base)* 
  • 1/2 Cup Water 
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar Free Dark or Milk Chocolate*
