Thai Red Beef Curry Recipe 

Ready in 20 minutes - An already made rich mix of fragrant red chillies, garlic, lemongrass and spices infused in creamy Coconut Milk balanced by kaffir lime. Just add protein, veggies and it’s ready to enjoy.

Ingredients (* = available here at Keto Store NZ):

Thai Red Curry Sauce 150g
Coconut Cream 50g 
110g Beef, diced into 2cm cubes
40g Cabbage sliced 
Garnish Kaffir Lime leaves, shredded

Method: 

1 - Heat a pan over medium heat.
2 - Add Thai Red Curry Sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
3 - Add beef, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
4 - Add cabbage and simmer until cooked.
5 - Garnish with kaffir lime leaves and serve with cauli rice.
