There are a few myths with a Keto diet and here are 3 of them busted in the one dish:
- but you can't have bread !
- and there's no way you can't have chocolate !
- and certainly a big NO to fruit !
And you certainly can't have them all together for a dessert - well yes, yes you can :)

Ingredients for 6 servings (* = available here at Keto Store NZ)
4 Tablespoons Butter
1.5 Cups Cream
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup and 1 Tablespoon of Allulose*
10 slices of Keto Bread*
50g Golden Inca Berries*
1/4 Cup or 35g or lots of Milk Baking Bits or Dark Chocolate Chips*
Recipe Method:
1 - Approx an hour before making, boil 1 Cup water and add 1 Tablespoon of Allulose sweetener to dissolve. Place the golden berries into the water to soak.
2 - Preheat the oven to 190C, cut the bread into cubes and place into a bowl.
3 - Melt the butter and mix together with the cream, pour over the bread and leave to soak for ten minutes.
5 - Mix together the eggs and sweetener in a bowl.
6 - Pour the egg mixture over the bread, and add the strained golden berries and the chocolate.
7 - Spoon everything into a greased baking dish, and push down the bread so that it is in the liquid as much as possible.
8 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the egg mixture has set. Let cool for five minutes then serve.
