Whole Golden Flaxseed/Linseed 500g

For those who want to blitz these seeds themselves, whole Golden Flaxseeds. A natural organic plant source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 healthy fatty acids and fibre.

Why Golden Flaxseeds are better than the brown? Well yes! Golden has more polyunsaturated fatty acids, less monosaturated fatty acids and larger amounts of the two essential fats that your body can't produce: alpha-linolenic acid  (Omega 3) (ALA) and linoleic acid (Omega 6).

Along with these additional benefits, Golden Flaxseeds have a much milder nutty flavour, making it easier to incorporate into your diet, because it doesn't drastically change the flavour of what you're making with it.
