How do I use it? Anywhere you'd normally use herbs, spices or salt. Stir it through roast vegetables, chicken, burgers, mince, casseroles, meat rubs, or finish meals with a light sprinkle just before serving. If you're already cooking BBQ, there's a good chance Little & Often will work beautifully with it.
Is it suitable for children? Absolutely. Little & Often was created with families in mind. It's an easy way to add nutrient-dense whole foods to meals children already know and love.
