How to use Soy Protein Crisps with Cocoa:
Into melted chocolate: Pop them into a bowl with melted chocolate to eat in a bar form, they add crunch and manage hardening, then spread on baking trays.
Into cookies: Blitz them or put them as is into your cookies for that crunch factor - just a perfect addition into Keto Afghan Biscuits.
The only limit is your imagination.

Make your own protein bars: Have you ever wondered what snack bar manufacturers put into chocolate bars to make them crispy, crunchy and really high in protein? These are those little gems. These isolate puffs have a pure dark cacao flavour.

Soy and menopause
Soy is a plant naturally high in estrogen which is a perfect addition to your diet when your estrogen levels are tanking from menopause. Soy contains isoflavones, which can be metabolized by gut bacteria into equol—a nonsteroidal compound that has been shown in some studies to reduce the incidence and severity of hot flashes and night sweats that many women have during menopause. In the clinical studies, postmenopausal women who ate high amounts of dietary soy protein (20 to 60 g per day) generally had fewer and less intense hot flashes and night sweats than those who ate less soy.

Some of the negativity surrounding soy is due to the GMO risk, which is why we have secured this independently certified non-GMO Soy Protein Isolate product.
