Please note: We import this product from the USA, so their nutritional panel has Total Carbs. To calculate the Net Carbs that we use here in NZ, take total carbs, deduct dietary fibre and deduct sugar alcohols (erythritol and xylitol). Your body does not convert the Total Carb number into Energy, which is why in NZ and Australia counts only Net Carbs, as those are the only carbs that get burned to create calories.
