Important note: We can't guarantee that chocolate products won't go soft or melt during transit. Also while we have tempered chocolate during manufacture, it's possible for these chocolates to fall out of temper from temperature changes and for bloom to appear. It's a natural occurrence, affecting only what the chocolate looks like. Even with bloom the chocolate remains perfectly safe to eat and it doesn't affect the taste at all. Based on these factors outside of anyone's control, we will not be able to refund, replace or exchange the product if one of these events should happen.
