Almonds are an awesome snack because you get easily absorbed protein, heart-healthy fats, anti-inflammatory vitamin E, bone-strengthening magnesium and blood-supporting iron. How's that for a power-packed snack! And even better, these almonds have already been sliced.
My all time favourite two ways of having these is to eat a handful with some sugar free dark choc chips = better than a Scorched Almond.

Ingredients: Almonds
Allergen: Almond. While this ingredient is naturally Gluten-free, it is bagged on a premise where gluten products are present. While we take every humanly possible endeavour, we don't specifically test this product for the presence of gluten. Non-gmo.

How to use: to toast them up, pop them into the oven at least 50C for 30 mins, any higher temp and you'll need to keep an eye on them. Or so they are closer to mimicking oats, soak them in with any liquid of choice.
Recipes and uses: Pair these up with Toasted Coconut Flakes and a dash of flavours for some serious keto crunch factor. Or pile on other nuts like macadamia and pistachio, toss in some seeds of choice for an awesome make-it-yourself snack of cereal.
