How to use: 
Add 1 x 12g scoop to 300-400ml cold water (ice adds that extra bit of chill) and mix well.
You can add more of less water to get the taste just right for you

When to use: 
Use BEFORE exercise, and activities requiring endurance
Use DURING the day as a replacement to sugary drinks, during exercise sessions 
Use AFTER to recover from a big night out, a stressful situation, after illness (GP consultation recommended)
