The Perfect Italian Medley

There's something so pleasing about a platter, adding a little bit of this with that, for an overall flavour taste sensation. And nothing says Mediterranean more than an Antipasto delight. And for the uninitiated, antipasto literally means before meal, so it primes your taste buds. 

This is 190g of Italian antipasto mix, is made with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, grilled red peppers, green and black olives, preserved in an organic infusion of sunflower and extra virgin olive oils along with salt, white wine and Italian herbs. 

Keep this in your pantry for a quick appetiser slathered on bread as bruschetta or use as a gourmet pizza topping. Yum!

Storage: Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.
