Perfect for situations where:
• You want to boost flavour but not add more sweetness (because what you're adding into is already sweetened).
• What you are making is cold, like ice-cream. Coldness dulls the taste buds, so you have to over-compensate with the flavour in order to actually taste it.
• You want to boost flavour but not thicken what you are making (like melted chocolate as you don't want it to be a paste).

Warnings:
These are fine powders and as tempting as it is, do not sniff these.
These are highly concentrated powders - just 1 gram flavours 1000 grams, so do not put this product directly onto your taste buds, they will be overwhelmed. Instead mix a tiny bit into water or milk and taste it that way.

How to use:
This product is highly concentrated so the first thing to do is to figure out the dose needed.
1 - Add up the total grams of what your making in both dry and liquid ingredients.
2 - Divide that by 1000 and that should be the starting dosage needed in grams (assuming a starting dose of 0.1%).
3 - Sprinkle the flavour as widely as you can throughout your mixture
Top Tip: Putting it through a tea strainer or sieve helps to break it down into smaller particles that are easier to spread around.
4 - Mix thoroughly and do a taste test.
5 - Keep adding in 0.1% increments until it suits your taste buds.
Top Tip: Cold items like ice-cream will need to be overly flavoured before freezing, because taste buds don't react to taste the same way when they are really cold.

Dosage
0.1% dose recommended to start tasting with
then adding in 0.1% increments to suit taste.
• Each 1/10th of a gram is the starting point to flavour 1kg of product ie: that's a 0.1% starting point
• At a 0.1% dose each 5g would flavour 5 kg of product
• At a 0.2% dose 2.5 kg of product

Examples for a 0.1% dose
100ml = 0.1gram flavour booster
500ml = 0.5 gram
1kg = 1 gram

Measuring
Because these doses are so small, we highly recommend getting a set of small measuring spoons.
