Macadamia Nuts

Macadamia Nuts are one of the most delicious low-carb nuts at only 5.2 per 100gm and are an excellent source of healthy fats. But we could see two problems with them, so we decided to solve them both:

#1 they can be expensive like $8.45 and even more $$ for 100gm.
So we've managed to make the price lower at $6.25 per 100gms and better for the 250gm size.

#2 it can be tricky to know a portion size and stop at that.
So we've made ours available in a 2g carb 'snack bag' size. We've noticed that there's something very reassuring knowing you'll actually be able to finish the whole snack bag without blowing out your carbs.

Macadamia Nuts make fantastic grab 'n go style keto snacks as they are nature's fat and energy bomb, all in one and so tasty! If you want to go next level yum, then we also recommend getting a tsp of Himalayan Rock Salt to go with them as that's a divine way to keep up your salt intake.

Benefits: Macadamia nuts are one of the only food sources that contain palmitoleic acid, a type of monounsaturated fatty acid that may speed up fat metabolism, thus reducing the body’s ability to store fat. Macadamia nuts are also naturally sating and will help you keep hunger at bay. About 80% of the fat in macadamia nuts is heart-healthy monounsaturated fat and they also contain omega 3 fatty acids.

Ingredients: Macadamia Nuts

Allergens: If you’re allergic to other tree nuts, avoid macadamia nuts. Always keep macadamia nuts away from your dog. Macadamia nuts do not appear to have any negative side effects for pregnant women and those with celiac disease.
Gluten-free: Macadamia nuts by their very nature are gluten free, however we don't specifically test ours to be able to say that they are. While they are processed at the same site as gluten products, we do completely segregate products and equipment, schedule handling, and clean and sanitise in between different products. We do everything humanly possible to minimise the risk of any cross contamination.
