Hazelnut Flour 300g 

Hazelnut flour is sweet and mild in flavour which makes it outstanding in pastries, pie crusts, cakes, cookies, pancakes and quick breads. Hazelnut flour can also be used in savoury dishes too. Use this nut flour in place of bread crumbs in meatballs, or as a coating for chicken and fish. Combine with almond flour for a deliciously complex nut flavour. Great for smoothies, sprinkled on top of cereal or porridge. 

Oxalates & Nutrients 
Hazelnuts have nearly half the amount of oxalates than Almonds do. They are loaded with Vitamin E, Thiamin, Magnesium, Manganese, B6, Folate, Potassium and Zinc among others. Hazelnuts are a rich source of mono and polyunsaturated fats and contain a good amount of omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, such as oleic acid and provide a significant amount of antioxidants. 

Hazelnut as a Flour 
Hazelnut is a very close alternative to Pecan Flour and Almond Flour and it makes a wholemeal looking flour.
